Bring back your visitors with Web Push

Bring visitors back to the offers that interest them with Web Push by Adrenalead.

Your visitors browse your offers, then move on.
Remind them of what caught their attention to give them a reason to return.

Today, bringing visitors back is becoming a challenge:

  • Offers viewed and then forgotten
  • Follow-ups too generic to hold attention
  • Visitors who are hard to reach again without an email address

Web Push changes the game:

With Adrenalead, retarget visitors you can reach based on a page view or part of a URL. Create a notification related to the offer they viewed and direct the click to the page where they can find it again.

How does Web Push help you bring your visitors back?

Build on the interest visitors showed on your site with an invitation to return.

Start with an offer they viewed

A product page, destination, or service offering helps you plan a follow-up based on a specific interest.

Refine your targeting with the URL

A category or destination in the URL can serve as a criterion for selecting the relevant audience.

Remind visitors of what caught their attention

Write a notification related to the offer viewed, without assuming the visitor abandoned a purchase.

Make it easy to find the offer again

Direct the click to the right page to revisit a collection or service, without going through the homepage.

Stay connected without an email address

Web Push lets you reach visitors again if they have the active permission required for your chosen setup.

Measure the visits generated

Track clicks and returning traffic through your campaign links to refine the message and its destination.

Retargeting also depends on the audience you can reach.
Explore Adrenalead’s two approaches to choose the right setup for your project: your Web Push subscribers and the opportunities offered by its ad network.

Bring your visitors back with Adrenalead in 3 steps

An offer viewed, a relevant reminder, and an easy path back to your site.

Step 1: setting up the Web Push campaign

Choose the offer to highlight again

Identify a page viewed or a URL criterion. For example, a visit to /stays/rome can be used to plan a follow-up about your stays in Rome.

Step 2: creating a notification inviting visitors to revisit an offer

Create an invitation to return

Write a notification about your stays in Rome and choose the offers page as the destination. Our team helps you define delivery settings for the audience you can reach.

Step 3: tracking clicks and visits after the follow-up

Check and measure

Check the targeting and link before sending. Then track clicks and visits to improve your next follow-ups.

Frequently asked questions

Which criteria can I use to follow up with a visitor?

Targeting can be based on a page view or part of its URL, such as a category or destination. You then create a notification related to the topic viewed for the audience you can reach through Web Push.

Does viewing a cart page allow you to detect abandonment?

No. It shows that the page was viewed, but not that a cart was abandoned or that no purchase took place. The retargeting described here is a follow-up after a page view, not cart abandonment detection.

Does the notification automatically retrieve the cart or form?

Page- or URL-based retargeting does not reconstruct the contents of a cart or form. The notification links to a page you have chosen that relates to the offer or topic viewed.

Are visitors who have made a purchase automatically excluded?

Viewing a page is not enough to establish whether a purchase was made. This targeting therefore does not confirm automatic exclusion of buyers. Create a message that remains relevant without assuming the visitor did not buy.

Do I need the visitor’s email address?

No. However, the visitor must be reachable through Web Push and have the active permission required for your chosen setup. Simply visiting a page does not constitute consent to receive a notification.

How can I measure the results of follow-ups?

Track clicks and visits from your campaign links, including through UTM parameters. If your analytics also measures conversions, analyze them separately without automatically presenting them as recovered carts.
